Shipping
Printful makes and ships each garment after ordering. Delivery options and cost are calculated before payment. Any carrier estimate shown at checkout may exclude production time. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery will take place within 30 days. Contact us about delays so we can resolve them or you can exercise your rights.
Withdrawal and returns
For our standard designs, you may notify withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receipt without giving a reason. Printing on demand alone does not remove this right. Email tooeuropean@gmail.com with your name, order number, items and delivery date, or use the withdrawal function on this page. Any unequivocal statement is also accepted.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us to coordinate the return and obtain the appropriate return address. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the garment.
We refund the price and initial standard delivery within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Refunds use the original payment method. We cover applicable costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
Guarantees and complaints
Your statutory guarantee applies: in Spain, three years for new goods. Report defects with your order details and photos if possible; photos are not a condition of your rights. Your consumer guarantee is not limited by Printful commercial policies. Mandatory rights applicable to other destinations remain unaffected.
